Cooking instructions
Juicy patties for an optimal burger experience. Can be smashed. Works just as well in the fryer and on the griddle as in the pan or on the grill.
Flattop or grill: Cook from frozen for 6-8 minutes over medium heat or until golden brown. Turn every few minutes.
Deep-fry: Cook from frozen, 4 minutes at 350 °F. About 2 minutes defrosted.
Optimal internal temperature:158–167°F (70–75°C)
